Seeking someone to fill a part time role as a Loan Administrator for Two Smith Capital. In this role you will be required to prepare closing documents in a timely and effective manner, serve as the final auditor of the loan documentation and assist the client relations manager with various tasks. The Loan Administrator is also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of loan documents and supporting the entirety of the closing process as this is a crucial part of the lending process. This position includes learning software such as BOX as well as our internal organization protocols, which will be taught directly in training.
